Fit is assessed before ambition.
Every proposal begins with a clear question: is this call the right fit for your organisation? We assess eligibility, competitiveness, timing, capacity and partner logic before recommending a full application.
Grants Partner helps organisations find the right calls, prepare stronger proposals, coordinate partners, manage funded projects, and produce the outputs funders expect.
Grants Partner is an independent EU funding and project development consultancy. We work with NGOs, public bodies, education providers, foundations, project partners and mission-led organisations that need practical help with funded work.
We are a compact team of project managers, proposal writers, academics, trainers, sector specialists and digital producers. Between us we have coordinated Erasmus+ partnerships, written funded Creative Europe proposals, managed NGO operations, run EU-wide networks, and produced the reports, toolkits and platforms funded projects depend on.
Most funded work needs more than one type of expertise. Each engagement is staffed by the specialists it requires and scoped to what is realistic. If a call is not worth pursuing, we tell you early.

Needs analysis, evidence and evaluation grounded in real research.
Learning design, workshops and capacity building people actually use.
Field knowledge across education, youth, culture and civil society.
Websites, publications, visuals and dissemination materials.
Erasmus+, Creative Europe, CERV and other centrally managed EU calls, alongside EU-wide networks and partnerships.
Funded proposals, coordinated partnerships, interim and final reports, project websites, toolkits and training programmes.
The work is grouped around the decisions you actually face: where to apply, how to build a credible proposal, how to deliver and report a funded project, and how to keep your organisation growing between projects.
We help you understand which EU or international funding routes are worth pursuing, which calls fit your organisation, and where the effort is unlikely to be justified.
We turn an idea into a structured application with a clear intervention logic, relevant partners, realistic work packages, stronger narrative and coordinated inputs.
We help project teams keep delivery manageable after approval: partners, timelines, meetings, evidence, financial logic, reporting materials and close-out preparation.
We support the materials and capacities projects often depend on: websites, reports, toolkits, training curricula, communication, dissemination, facilitation and NGO development.

Listing activities is straightforward. Strong projects also explain the need, the intended change, the rationale for the partnership, and how the outputs will be used after delivery.
Consortium building is more than assembling partners. Each partner needs a defined role, genuine ownership, adequate capacity and reasons to stay engaged from proposal development through reporting.
Reporting should not become a last-minute reconstruction. We help teams put records, trackers and routines in place while the project is still running.
We do not overpromise. We help you understand fit, risk and effort before committing.
We know the full project cycle. Proposal writing, partner coordination, reporting, outputs and delivery are connected from the start.
We can produce the work. Reports, toolkits, curricula, websites, content, dissemination materials and evidence systems are part of the offer.
We use AI carefully. AI-assisted workflows can speed up research, drafting and documentation, but strategy, eligibility logic and final outputs stay human-led.
No. No credible partner can, and we would advise caution with anyone who claims otherwise. We improve the fit, quality and management of funding work, but evaluation and award decisions rest with the programme authorities. Where we believe a call is not worth your effort, we tell you before you invest in it.
A small team scoped to the engagement. Depending on what the work needs, that can be a project manager, a proposal writer, an academic, a trainer or a content producer. You will know who is involved and why.
Erasmus+ is where we have the deepest hands-on experience. We also work on Creative Europe, CERV and other centrally managed EU calls, and we can assess fit for national and institutional funding routes.
With a short exchange, usually by email. Tell us your organisation, the call or programme, your deadline and where you are stuck. We review the context, tell you honestly whether we can help, and propose a clearly scoped first step.
Scope and cost are agreed before work starts. Depending on the situation that can be a small fixed piece of work, support through a full proposal, or ongoing capacity during delivery.
Yes, carefully. AI-assisted workflows speed up research, drafting and documentation, but strategy, eligibility logic and everything you receive is prepared and reviewed by people.
Share your organisation, programme or call, current stage, deadline and the kind of support you need. We will review the context and reply by email.
