An independent partner for organisations doing funded work.
Grants Partner is an independent EU funding and project development consultancy working with organisations across Europe. We exist to give teams experienced project capacity without the cost and overhead of building a full internal grants function.

Good ideas lose funding to avoidable gaps.
Most organisations do not fail at funding because their idea is weak. They fail because of gaps: the wrong call, a rushed proposal, an unbalanced consortium, or reporting left until the deadline.
We close those gaps. We help organisations decide where to apply, build applications that hold together, and deliver the projects they win, including the reports, outputs and coordination that funded work depends on.
We are deliberately compact and multidisciplinary. Rather than a single generalist, each engagement is staffed by the specialists it actually needs, and scoped to what is realistic. That keeps our advice honest and our work accountable.

Every proposal starts with an honest question: is this call the right fit? We assess eligibility, competitiveness, timing and capacity before recommending a full application.
Logic, not just activities
Strong projects explain the need, the intended change, the rationale for the partnership, and how outputs will be used after delivery, not only a list of activities.
Real responsibility in partnerships
Each partner needs a defined role, genuine ownership and the capacity to deliver, from proposal development through to reporting.
Evidence built during delivery
Reporting should not be a last-minute reconstruction. We put records, trackers and routines in place while the project is still running.
