Services

Services for EU funding, project delivery, and funded outputs.

Grants Partner helps organisations find relevant funding opportunities, prepare stronger applications, manage awarded projects, and produce the documents, tools, websites, reports, and communication materials funded work depends on. You can come to us with a call, an early project idea, an active proposal, an awarded project, a reporting problem, or an output that needs to be produced. We will help define the most practical scope before work begins.

01. Start by stage

Start from where you are now.

You do not need to know the exact service name. Pick the stage closest to your situation, and we will point you to the right place.

02. Service lines

Six ways we help, scoped around your stage.

Each line below is a starting point, not a fixed package. We shape the actual scope around your programme, call, deadline, partners, and internal capacity.

Service 01

Funding Strategy & Call Search

Best for: organisations that want to identify realistic funding routes before investing time in a full application.

We screen EU and international funding opportunities against your organisation, geography, sector, project idea, target groups, deadline, and internal capacity. The goal is not to give you a long list of open calls. The goal is to help you focus on the opportunities worth serious consideration.

We help assess fit based on available information and official call documents. Final eligibility and funding decisions remain with the relevant programme authorities.

Service 02

Funding Fit & Project Concept Support

Best for: teams with an idea that needs to become a clearer project before a full application is written.

We help shape the project logic: the need, target groups, objectives, activities, outputs, partners, timeline, and likely funding fit. This gives your team a stronger base before deciding whether to move into proposal development.

This is not a full application-writing process unless we agree that separately. It is designed to clarify whether the idea is strong, relevant, and ready for the next step.

Service 03

Proposal Development

Best for: applicants, coordinators, and partners preparing a grant application.

We help turn a project idea into a structured, funder-facing proposal. Depending on scope, this can include concept refinement, proposal planning, application writing, work package design, budget structure, partner input coordination, review cycles, and final submission preparation. Every proposal engagement defines the timeline, drafts, review rounds, client inputs, partner responsibilities, and approval deadlines before work begins.

We strengthen the preparation process, but we cannot promise funding. Final eligibility, assessment, and selection decisions remain with the relevant programme authorities and evaluators.

Service 04

Project Coordination, Reporting & Evidence Support

Best for: awarded projects that need clearer coordination, cleaner documentation, and better reporting preparation.

We help teams organise the work after a project is approved: implementation planning, partner follow-up, deliverable tracking, budget-monitoring templates, evidence registers, reporting preparation, and close-out file structure. We bring order to the operational layer while formal beneficiary responsibilities remain with your organisation.

We support administrative and financial coordination, but we do not replace qualified legal, tax, audit, or accounting professionals. Cost eligibility and formal approvals remain subject to the relevant programme rules and authorities.

Service 05

Communication, Dissemination & Project Outputs

Best for: projects that need professional websites, reports, toolkits, visual materials, communication content, or digital outputs.

Many funded projects commit to outputs in their application. We help plan, coordinate, and produce those outputs so they are useful, consistent, and ready for project communication, reporting, dissemination, or stakeholder use. Depending on the output, work may be delivered directly or coordinated with trusted specialists under an agreed scope and review process.

Output work is scoped before production begins, including deliverables, review rounds, approval deadlines, ownership, content responsibility, and any specialist input required.

Service 06

Ongoing Capacity, Retainers & Embedded Support

Best for: NGOs, coordinators, and project teams that need recurring grant or project capacity rather than a one-off assignment.

We can work alongside your team on a monthly or defined-period basis. This can include funding monitoring, proposal pipeline support, documentation systems, project coordination, partner follow-up, reporting preparation, or output planning.

Embedded support means external professional capacity under an agreed scope. It does not mean permanent employment, transfer of HR or payroll responsibilities, or unlimited work without agreed capacity limits.

04. How scope works

How we keep scope clear.

EU-funded work involves eligibility rules, partner responsibilities, procurement, documentation, reporting, visibility, financial records, deadlines, and official decision-making. We help teams prepare, organise, coordinate, and produce the agreed work with clear responsibilities on both sides.

  • The deliverables we will produce or support.
  • The information and documents your team needs to provide.
  • The timeline, review rounds, and approval deadlines.
  • What is handled directly, coordinated externally, or outside the scope.
  • Any specialist review needed for legal, tax, audit, accounting, procurement, or technical matters.

Grants Partner is an independent consultancy. We do not guarantee funding decisions, do not act on behalf of EU institutions or programme authorities, and do not replace qualified legal, tax, audit, or accounting professionals.

Get started

Tell us where your project stands.

Send us the call, the deadline, and where your team is stretched, and we will suggest the most practical next step.

Not sure which line you need? That is fine. Most engagements begin with a short conversation about your funding situation, after which we propose a clear, scoped way to help.
