The funding programmes we know from the inside.
We focus on the centrally managed EU programmes where we have real, hands-on experience, and we can assess fit for national and institutional routes alongside them. Programme priorities and calls change each year, so we always check the current work programme before advising.
Erasmus+
The EU's programme for education, training, youth and sport, and the one we know best. It rewards a clear learning need, genuine transnational cooperation, and results other organisations can reuse. Budgets run from compact small-scale partnerships to substantial capacity-building projects.
What it funds
- Cooperation partnerships (KA2)
- Small-scale partnerships for newcomers
- Capacity building in youth and higher education
- Learning, teaching and mobility activities
How we help
- Match your idea to the right action and priorities
- Build the needs analysis and learning logic
- Write the proposal and structure the partnership
- Coordinate delivery, reporting and outputs
Creative Europe
Support for Europe's cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors. It looks for real European collaboration, artistic and social value, and genuine audience reach, not activity for its own sake. Cooperation projects come at different scales, with distinct rules for smaller and larger consortia.
What it funds
- Cooperation projects (small, medium, large)
- European networks and platforms
- Cross-border cultural collaboration
- Audience development and circulation
How we help
- Position the concept for European added value
- Write the proposal and shape the partnership
- Plan audience reach and dissemination
- Produce the creative and communication outputs
Horizon Europe
The EU's flagship research and innovation programme, and its most competitive. Success turns on excellence, a credible impact pathway, and a consortium that covers the whole value chain. We help partners judge fit honestly and build the parts of a bid that panels weigh most.
What it funds
- Collaborative research and innovation actions
- Consortia spanning the value chain
- Cluster, mission and destination priorities
- Impact, dissemination and exploitation
How we help
- Assess fit against the topic and its scope
- Structure work packages and the impact section
- Support drafting and consortium coordination
- Plan dissemination and exploitation
CERV
The programme that protects and promotes EU rights and values. It backs civil-society organisations working on citizen engagement, equality, rights and remembrance, and rewards real community reach over paperwork. A good fit for NGOs and networks close to the people they serve.
What it funds
- Citizen engagement and participation
- Equality, inclusion and rights
- Union values and remembrance
- Networks of towns and civil society
How we help
- Check eligibility and shape the concept
- Develop the proposal and activity plan
- Coordinate partners and delivery
- Produce community-facing outputs
Interreg
European territorial cooperation across borders and regions. Interreg funds partners who share a geography and a problem, and expects solutions that outlast the project. Programmes are territory-specific, so eligibility depends on exactly where your partners sit.
What it funds
- Cross-border and transnational projects
- Joint responses to shared territorial challenges
- Regional cooperation and capacity
- Durable, transferable solutions
How we help
- Check the right programme and eligibility area
- Shape the partnership and work plan
- Support proposal writing and budgeting
- Coordinate delivery, reporting and outputs
LIFE & Digital Europe
Two thematic programmes we assess fit for: LIFE for environment, nature and climate action, and Digital Europe for large-scale digital capacity and deployment. Both are outcome-driven and suit organisations that can show measurable, lasting change.
What they fund
- Environment, nature and climate action (LIFE)
- Clean-energy transition (LIFE)
- Digital capacity, data and deployment (Digital Europe)
- Advanced skills and adoption (Digital Europe)
How we help
- Assess fit and draft the concept note
- Structure the proposal around measurable outcomes
- Coordinate partners and inputs
- Plan dissemination and uptake
Programmes and priorities change every year.
Call topics, budgets and eligibility rules are set annually in each programme's work programme. Before recommending a route, we check the current rules against your organisation and idea, rather than assuming last year's conditions still apply. Where a national or institutional route is a better fit, we will say so.
