When you register your interest through our website, we collect:
- Full name — to address you personally
- Organisation name — optional, to understand your context
- Email address — to contact you when we launch
- Date and time of registration — for our records
We do not collect financial data, special category data, or anything beyond the above. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this website.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect your data solely to contact you with information about our launch and services relevant to EU grant management.
The legal basis is your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), given when you ticked the consent box on our registration form. We will not use your data for any other purpose without obtaining fresh consent.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date you register, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After this period, or upon your request, your data is permanently deleted.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure within the European Economic Area. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf under GDPR-compliant terms. We do not transfer your data to third-party services, advertisers, or any other recipients.
